The useful question is rarely whether a service is simply ‘good’ or ‘bad’. It is whether it delivers what it promises, at the price charged, in the conditions a traveller will actually encounter.
What we found
Our assessment is based on a direct visit, timed observations and the published conditions available on the date of the experience. Where a point could not be independently confirmed, we identify it as an editorial observation rather than a verified fact.
“The difference is in the details that become visible only when a journey does not go to plan.”
What works — and what does not
The strongest element is consistency: wayfinding is clear, staff interactions are efficient and the core service works without unnecessary friction. The weaker point is capacity at peak time, when a premium promise can quickly feel ordinary.
